How much are you staking for the service?

1. Broadsilicon services provided under this retainer agreement will be as described in the agreement.
2. The retainer fee is payable monthly in advance and is non-refundable.
3. Any additional hours of service beyond the retainer agreement will be billed separately.
4. Either party may terminate this agreement with a one (1) month written notice.
5. The client agrees to provide any necessary access, information, and cooperation to Broadsilicon for the provision of services.
6. All payments shall be in the form of EFT (electronic funds transfer) to Broadsilicon Business Check Account provided.
7. Cash-in-hand shall not be accepted except in extreme cases and a receipt shall be issued (by email only) as acknowledgement for funds received.
8. Broadsilicon shall send an invoice at the end of the month by email to the client.
9. All funds deposited to Broadsilicon account at the ATM shall attract a deposit fee (equivalence to) of R50.00 to cover for charges.
10. All funds deposited to Broadsilicon account at the bank teller shall attract a deposit fee (equivalent to) R150.00 to cover for charges.
11. Other conditions may be detailed in writing by both parties when drawing up a final service agreement contract.
